All of us are designed differently. When figuring out how to cure ourselves and rebuild, we need to take into account where we live, our family history, our racial and ethnic backgrounds and gender.
I know for a fact I cannot do a high grain diet. Too much rice and other grains will mess me up. That said, low carb diets aren't for me either. I can only have starchy veggies or fruits (no more than 2 pieces a day) for carbs. I need meat. Not as much as I used to eat. But, I need animal protein and egg yolks. I need lots of good fats to keep my skin and hair moist. Of course, plenty of green and other veggies.
