some flushes are better than others in terms of results, so if you don't get much this time, you might get more next time. Also, keep watching the bowl, because I ususally have the runs into the 2nd day after the flush, and often that's when I see the most stones. Not every time, but so far about 70% of my flushes are like that. I also just read a post the other day on here from someone who gets better flush results when they follow a more "normal" diet and have some fats, particularly animal fats leading up to the day before the flush, rather than fasting or avoiding fats altogether. You can always keep experimenting. I've lost track a little bit, but I think I'm doing #8 or 9 tomorrow night. I'm not feeling quite as congested in the GB area, and it's only been 3 weeks since my last one, so I'm not expecting major results, but you never know!
