couple of things, I avoid any vinegar or anything that has been fermented other than kefir or OCCASIONALLY yogurt. I would avoid nuts and nut butters because if you have candida then you almost definitely have leaky gut syndrome and basically for most people- myself incuded- it is an extreme irritant. After eliminating grains and nuts from my diet I have MUCH more energy. A lot of people don't realize that the leaky gut is responsible for a lot of the candida symptoms that you feel.. I eat avocado all the time and I don't get any kind of reaction from it so I think that somethings don't affect some people the same way, just judge for yourself.
