Thanks for your reply.
When he has his bm right after enema - typically an hour after enema insertion - it has couple of drops of bright red blood when we wipe in the bathroom tissue paper. His other stools in the day time only has traces of dark blood.
Regarding Vitamin E and blood thinning - there are various mentions in the web regarding not using vitamin E with aspirin derivatives -
