Re: sauna
Most people only think they caught something in the pool,
sauna, or jacuzzi. They sit on the wet most carpeted or
wooden benches often with out underpants. This is bad
practice.
Have been using the pool, juzzie, weight equipment, along
with aerobic machines for 25 years without getting anything
at my University.
When first started to use these items was told to bring
my own towel mark one side keep that side always up.
Never sit on the chairs and or benches especially wood or carpet
(our are carpet, have you ever replaced one and were embarrassed
by how dirty it is under there).
For years now the University has provided antibacterial sprays for these
areas still use my towel as well.
The Sanua, pool and juzzie are all treated with antibacterial agents.
Like anywhere else we just need to think about what are good hygiene practices.
Where rubber shoes in the shower and walking around, you are also less likely to fall.
Talk to the administration where you are going ask how often they
cleane, how and what they use to clean their facilites.
