Try a salt water push 1 qauart of water and 2 teaspoon of
salt drink first thing in the morning within 10 minutes
on an empty stomach. After a few day you can
just drink the water it will work all by it's self.
The two cups make the stomach empty. So you can
eat within 5 minutes.
You could also take Epsom Salts humaworn says they are
like oxypower. If you mix with juice it will taste better
and drink with a straw.
Take your weight and divide it in half take that number
and make sure you are drinking that many ounces a day.
Easier to drink at room temperature. Just fill up a few
quart contains then make sure you drnk them early
in the day.
