I've read so many books, posts, and opinions that feeling and expressing anger is a "negative" experience. Over the years, I've watched many women fight that emotion down because they had been taught to feel guilty over expressing anger. There is a world of difference between toxic anger and righteous anger. Toxic anger is that constantly simmering irritation that some people suffer from: they're angry at themselves, the world, the sun, their pets, EVERYTHING. Righteous anger is that emotion which is a result of having been harmed: dammed SKIPPY you have a right to feel this emotion, express it, and exorcise it!
