Thank you both for your replies.
I haven't tried the master cleasnse yet as I want to have a doctor examine me first for cancer or other serious problems I could be having with the constipation and bloody hard stool. If I don't have any serious problems, then I will take your advice and try one of those probotics. They sound like they are better.
