It has been a good 10 days so far with no major healing crisis except for Day 9 when I had a few symptoms. I woke up yesterday with a bad cramp in my left calf. Knees were achey. Congestion at the back of my sinuses and throat. And my ears were blocked (same sensation as when the pressure in the plane changes). Also felt a little tired as I went about my usual work day. I made sure I drank lots of water and my lemonade throughout the day. Woke up this morning feeling good again : )
In the past couple of days, I've also noticed that my BMs are a lot darker, with more sediment. My tongue's still white but not as heavily furred as it was during the first few days of the fast.
Nowadays, I'm drinking about 5 lemonades/ limeades, lots of spring water, organic mint tea for variety, and SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning. I also started (last night) to add 1 tbsp of organic, unsulphured blackstrap molasses to my routine.
I've not drunk the Smooth Move in the past 5 days. This does not seem to be a problem as when I wake up (on my own, without an alarm), I feel the urge to empty my bowels first thing.
So my morning routine is: wake up, BM, half a glass of water, mooch about the apartment, SWF, make enough lemonade to last me through office hours, BM, BM, BM (you get the idea), shower, off to work! LOL
I'm going for 14 days (which is what I said would be my minimum for this MC) and will decide then whether to go on to 21 days.
