You must be kidding. Why would anyone want to have a label for something so trite. What you have is lack of awareness and focus. Try some mindfulness exercises and meditate so you can become aware of your movements. Don't let the psychiatrists and psychologists give some rediculous label that only gives you an excuse to be scattered. What kind of medication did they prescribe for you? :)
