I am participating in a Global Meditation for the next 4 Sundays that you may also enjoy. Meditating with large groups around the world can be a very refreshing and enspiring experience, especially while working together to support our planet and to engage others in advancing peace, health and well-being. Give it a try and I'll be happy to discuss this experience with you.

There are also discussion groups here in Curezone that can offer you great advice with psychiatric concocted disease--eg Integrative or Holistic Health Practice.
