I am in day 7 too. I am finding it harder on the weekend because of the leisure and the availability of food-- I am fasting while cooking for my hubs and son! I am dealing with the greater hunger by having smaller, more frequent, servings of juice and of course lots of water and tea. I am shooting for 19 days total.
I am amazed at myself- I have never done this before. I am afraid if I stop it will be hard to start again, so I am trying to lose all my excess weight (about 20 very stubborn pounds)in one go.
