It's great to step on the scale every morning and be down another pound, isn't it? I am starting day 8 of my juice-fast and I'm losing a pound a day. Losing weight this quickly, my goal of 20 pounds is actually within my reach. I know the current "wisdom" says to lose 1-2 pounds per WEEK, but honestly, who can stick to that? Plus, your weight fluctuates over a week so it becomes very hard to see any progress, so you get discouraged and fall off your diet. I was a bit hungry over the weekend but stuck to fasting because I was looking forward to stepping on the scale in the morning. Whoo-hoo! Another pound of stubborn belly-fat, GONE!!!!
