Hi, if I can step in. I am new to all of this and I have not done a flush yet. I am getting ready and collecting information. I have an ultra sound on Friday.

My question is, where would one get a colonic? The hospital? And just how gruesome is it. I have had 2 children, but a colonic...

Also, have not done an enema before. Is there a book or good product out there explaining how to do it. Sorry if I sound naive, I just don't want to make any mistakes.
