I made a new friend in November of last year. She's an African-American
woman in her 70's, who is taking care of a bed-ridden, demented neighbor of mine who is 104.
Carol and I resonated from Day #1.
She's adopted many of my healthy
habits, and says she's now enjoying
the best health in many years.
Carol didn't smoke cigarettes, but
she used snuff on a daily basis from
age 6 -- an addictive habit that's
been ongoing for 66 years! Snuff is
a tobacco product that you form into
a bubble-gum sized wad, and then
insert into your mouth. Carol said
she'd tried to give up snuff over
the years, but failed each time.
She wondered if I knew of anything
that might help her get over her
addiction to snuff.
I didn't, but I explored the internet, and came across a website
for a product called Kikit. Let me
say right now that I have NOTHING
to do the company that produces
Kikit. It came in round cans, just
like Carol's snuff. The major
ingredient is apparently coconut.
But it looks like snuff, and comes
in several flavors.
To make a long story short, I spent
$15.00 on 3 cans of Kikit and gave
them to Carol. In just two months,
Carol "kicked" a lifetime addiction.
She still uses the Kikit, which she
transfers into a snuff can. And she
seems sure that real snuff will never be a part of her life again.
I have NO idea if Kikit would help
hardcore cigarette smokers. If anyone on this forum has tried Kikit, please let us know if it worked for you. The Kikit website
is: www.kikit.net. Check it out,
if your intuition tells you to.
And good luck to ALL of you who
are determined to free yourself from
this nasty addiction.
