Made up my mind, I will start my 1st Master-Cleanse next monday, 10 days at first and longer if all goes well.
But about the cayenne-pepper, is this a chilli-pepper, you know, the carrot-like red pepper?
And does this need to be fresh pepper ground-up before taking or is a baggy of the ready-ground type also useable?
Since I do not have time off work can I still be active enough on the MC? It's an office job with a nice chair luckily but my mind needs to be there you know. And is it possible / adviseable to do some light walking or cycling?
