Re: How does Lecithin help get rid of gallstones?

All the old surgery books makes mention of Lethicin as a way to dissolve gallstones. Like dissolves like and gallstones are mostly Lethicin. The Gallbladder concentrates the bile while waiting for you to eat natural foods with plant oils. This concentrated bile gets rolled up into little balls of fat and if too many days go by before your digestion needs bile, these balls turn hard enough to not go through the bile duct. Lecithin demands allot of bile when eaten and as it enters the liver it dissolves Lecithin like substances.

The German cure was to take 30 lecithin capsules 3X per day for 3 days as a cure for Gallstone attack. I don't have these type problems so I have never done this to tell you the results.

Blessings,
The BAREFOOT Herablist
