What I did was just use plain ol'e olive oil. I dont even think it was first pressed.
I had lots of luck with no bad symptoms at all.
I used to use Olivio for my toast years ago--,but I dont feel comfortable now with Canola oil. I heard some not too good things about it. I would pick it over margarine any day- but now i just squirt some olive oil over any toast instead.
can't ya just get some cheap olive oil and use that? I dont own an ozonater gizmo-- so I didnt even ozonate mine. Got those stones out like a charm!
