I used to have rosacea and its gone thanks to borage supplements (I use barleens brand)and eating a fruit/vegetable based diet. The diet alone was not enough I seem to have a problem converting fatty acids to GLA, and GLA can be found in high amounts in borage and evening primrose oil. Evening primrose oil did not work for me, borage did. Borage has more GLA than evening primrose by the way. Just wondering if you have tried these?
