MH Opinion on Salt Water Flush

MH what is your opinion on the salt water flush? Where 1 qt of water to 2 tlb sea salt is mixed and drank first thing in the morning? Supposedly the solution is the same density as blood and goes straight through you to flush the colon. If you have a positive opinion then how often can they be consumed?
