Thanks for your response. This doctor is my general doctor. I had been to a GI Doc for many, many tests, etc, but we never determined a cause or diagnosis. Basically, the GI Doc referred to it as "Functional bloating." He was cool enough to write a prescription for acupuncture (an idea my acupuncturist had). I have had many sessions (15), but it hasn't directly helped the issue, so I am tapering my appointments...
