I've been doing cod liver oil along with kelp and fulvic acid minerals. The cod liver oil has vit. A and D - which according to weston price is much better absorbed if taken with a high quality satured fat - he recommended "high vitamin butter," and you can buy that combination of supps. online, but I've been doing Carlson's lemon-flavored cod liver oil at a meal where I have a little coconut oil or butter. I read recently that the body requires sufficent vitamin A and D in order to properly absorb minerals. I don't know that it's helped candida, but I feel a lot better on those 3 things. I've done a lot of liver flushing, and it's better than it was, but I know my liver is still not a happy camper. I sometimes shuffle into the bathroom at 3 AM and when I see that pale yellow face in the mirror (the color I used to be 24/7), I know I still have some work to do.
