Hi Everyone,
I'm absolutely terrified at the moment. I have a shocking case of systemic candida which has recently shown up in my vagina in the form of a chronic burning sensation.
In my i decided to over alkalise the problem with 5 scoops of supergreens powder in 5 litres of water in less then 2 days. The burning has gotten much worse now as i think i have detoxed myself too quickly. I have started to drink lots of water to flush my system but i'm afraid. Does this sound similar to anyone elses experiences?

Please help.
