That you for answering. I did post there. Do you feel lightheaded sometimes and wierd? Somestimes my whole abdomen feels "tight". Castor oil packs have helped. I started working with an Aurvedic herbalist, and at first I thought I had it on the run, but now I am not so sure. I also am having more frequent bowel movements, although they seem well formed enough most of the time. Especially in the moring. Clearing out the bowel can reduce the spasms tho. I am very emotional today. I have been in tears on and off all morning, even tho the pain is not as bad as it sometimes is.
