I have seen contradictory evidence too. Seems like both might work, but differently. One person on here is positive his candida was killed by high does ascorbic acid(vitamin C). Which I would imagine creates a really acid condition. Also, lemon and other citrus is allowed on the diet even though the have sugar. Hmmmmm....
