Hmm, I find that coffee enemas make my complexion worse...more yellow in fact. Am I doing something wrong? Maybe I need another colon herbal cleanse? I zap about twice a week and run for exercise. I've started to use the sauna at the gym hoping that will help my skin tone. I also had a colonic two days after my liver cleanse. I am currently drinking the kindney cleanse tonic and taking the supplements recommended by Dr. Clark.

I am interested in taking daily fiber. What brand do you recommend?
