You should be able to clear this up with iodine.  Either get Lugol's Solution of iodine liquid from a pharmacy, or ask them about Pima.  Pima is a cough syrup with potassium iodide in it.  They should be able to order either one, the Pima will be the most convenient.  You would have to dilute 10 drops of Lugol's in a glass of water on empty stomach otherwise.

Also take zinc picolinate separately an hour later.  This is powerful germ warfare.
