I take a B Complex daily, but on the subject of B12 come to think of it I used to take more in supplement form before I lost all this weight, I simply ran out and it didn't pass my mind.

My B Complex has B12 listed as 25mcg or 417% of the DV. I'll certainly look into this and buy some vegan B12 tablets next time I'm out.
