I appreciate both of your advice and will implement accordingly.

Detour whenever I read your posts I long for Hawaii, I even talked to my husband about going back, maybe next year!(We did Oahu for one day and the Big Island for two weeks once and LOVED IT but I was 6 mos pregnant at the them do I couldn't go too far out on the lava fields. It wasn't erupting back about 4 years ago.) Hey thanks for the post tip on roasting the veggies for the soup. I plan on doing that later and increasing the pepper some now.

Hopinso, you always give great information when you reply to people and I will wean my self back off next week or so. I am getting so much out (at least much more than I ever would have thought) that I am hesitant to back off on it just yet. Now that I understand the potential problem I will back off though, I do not need that issue you described.
