It is good to do the flush! I read so many posts where people want to skip the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and then they wonder why the cleanse is not working as well. For me it takes about two hours. As soon as I start the bathroom part I begin drinking warm water. I read that it helps get things moving and it sure works for me. I have tried what Tiffany suggested and it did the same for me, it slowed things down but it still worked. Maybe you should do it on your day off the first time and see how your body reacts. Tip: Try it warm with a straw to get it down faster ;)
