Thanks. I've read it's beneficial for blood type O so I thought I'd drink it. But since it sounds pretty complicated to make, I'd just buy so-called "purified soda" (I'm not from an English speaking country) and dissolve it in water. Unless it's not acidic as Invincibe suspects. Or perhaps it is?
