yes absolutely. Every fast is entirely different for each individual who undergoes one.
It really depends on the level of toxicity: the more toxic someone is, the worse the symptoms of elimination, and the worse these are, the more NEED for the fast in the first instance.
However, each subsequent fast for each person is progressively easier as the bodily toxemia is far less, and therefore the easier a fast is to undergo.
Weight-loss can slow or stall for a few days sporadically as your body concentrates on cleansing and the burning of toxic waste, but as this toxic waste is eliminated, the burning of fat will accelerate thru ketosis.
Heavy and obese individuals tend to lose much more weight in the early stages of a fast which (for everyone) will gradually die down to a loss of about one pound per day until the fast is broken.
