Besides the lemonade were you also drinking enough water? And were you doing the salt water flushes, too?

A couple of possibilites...blood Sugar imbalance, release of a lot of toxins that your body had yet to eliminate, dehydration or loss of electrolytes...sometimes caused by diarrhea that may be produced by the salt water flush.
