I have a distiller from
http://www.waterdistiller.com.

It works great.
My tap water is over 1000PPM, even after using a PUR filter it still measures over 1000 PPM. Can't say exactly how much it is since the upper limit on my PWT meter is 1000 PPM.
I get 0.3 PPM when I used my distiller. 0.6 when I take the carbon filter out.
