I tried making the NO Crash myself with fresh fruit (peaches), dried figs, nut/seed mixture, lecithin, olive oil, powdered herbs, black strap molasses and some nutritional yeast flakes, water to thin. I leave the pulp in it and take my tree/plant minerals separately. It's awesome and keeps me going all day. My body is actually craving it, so I know it must be working.
MH, anything else you would add?
