Actually, I have made it a point to only eat healthy food. I've been following a pretty strict healthy foods diet with lots of ORGANIC fruits and veggies. I'll have the occasional piece of chicken, but I mostly eat veggies and manna bread. Yummy. I did slip up a few days ago though. I had VODKA and pizza. Barf. I could only stomach a little of the vodka though. And actually that is the same night I started drinking my golden liquid. Correlation? I think my body's just detoxing right now. I've only been drinking like 2-4 teaspoons of my mid. morning and mid. night urine. Oh and thanks for the info!!!
