I think natural herbs are generally OK to use in conjunction with UT, although there may be some specific cases where it's not recommended. If the herb is generally regarded as safe, then there should be no problem with UT. But if it's something known to cause problems in excess amounts, then I would be cautious (it still may be perfectly fine though, as the amount "recycled" may not be a large enough amount to cause problems). If you have any concernes, start off slowly and listen to your body. :)

MOST natural herbs of a "healing" or "remedy" nature should be fine though. I just don't know if I would go mixing it with something like Datura or some other poisonous herb/plant. ;) (although who knows, UT could actually end up working as a COUNTER-agent to those poisons!)
