Hi, I know this thread is old but I just found it doing a search. I am also confused about probiotics. Some sites say to take them once your getting better. An ND who tested me & found candida (said that they will only feed the bacteria at the moment. Another ND recommended me to take them but not overdo it. I take them but not really sure what to do.
