I cant really say that i have been wired when taking iodine. However i am only taking a small "maintenance" dose about 4-5 times per week.

I am taking the Ionic trace mineral Selenium about 300mcg per day.

Can anyone please comment on the effectiveness of the Ionic brand\type of supps? I would think its very very good, but i also heard about possible unwanted side chemicals being in the natural water??

Anyone?
