I disagree with just about everything she is saying. If flax oil is essential for the absorption of oxygen then how come everyone who has not taken flax oil is not dead?

The fact is that our cells use oxygen regardless of diet. If they did not we would all be dead. In fact I have heard over and over on these boards that acids prevent oxygen from entering cells. Of course this is not true. Cells exposed to acid, such as stomach cells still thrive despite the acid. And athletes will often carbo load, which again people claim increases acidity. Yet athletes will utilize oxygen much more efficiently than non-athletes. This despite the fact that exercise also increases acidity.

And as far as the claim that oxygen does not enter cancer cells is also incorrect. Oxygen does enter cancer cells, but the cancer cells do not utilize the oxygen in the same way as healthy cells. Warburg has to be one of the most misquoted people of all time. What Warburg had pointed out is that cancer cells will continue to generate their energy through fermentation regardless of whether or not oxygen is present. Energy production through fermentation is very inefficient yielding much lower levels of ATP than produced through respiration.

If people really want to help their cells to utilize oxygen then they should increase their organic germanium intake. The highest herbal source is suma. For mushrooms it is turkey tail mushrooms. Other good sources include watercress, ginseng, medicinal mushrooms, algaes, and aloe.
