Weighttrainer I'm curious have you ever been tested for yeast sensitivity because real kefir has given me issues since I def have a yeast sensitivity left over from my candida. My diet is pretty much meat and veggies and lots of glutamine and I've been doing wonderfully because of it. For me what the big problem was was the kind of glutamine I was using the fermented kind inflamed my intestines and made things worse other kinds I seemed to become allergic to after a short amount of time but the NOW brand helped me the most and its really started giving me my life back. I feel 1000 percent better. Also do you take whey protein? I have had some major issues with cows milk protein so I had to stop but what worked great for me was a goats milk protein called oryxx its perfect for me but it does have some not so great chemicals that really bothered me until I started healing my gut now it seems to help me alot. What was important for me was really paying attention to my bodies reaction to everything and trying to weed out what gives me a reaction and what doesn't. (I cant take my multivitamin because I now have a reaction to something in it I'm starting to think its a filler or a form of magnesium because when I take ZMA I get the same problems and I can take Zinc and B6 without any issues.)Fish oil was something that really helped I tried flax but I quickly became allergic to it maybe after this nightmare is over I'll be able to use that. But Omega 3 fatty acids are wonderful for inflammatory issues AKA leaky gut. Seacure is wonderful for leaky gut as long as you dont become allergic I did which sucks because it wsa helping for awhile but I really overdid it I think. Also for your chemical sensitivities I would like to share something that seems to be helping me. its called cetyl myristoleate its very helpful in Rheumatoid Arthritis which I believe has to do with immune response supposedly it seems to "rewire" your immune system to help with chemical sensitivities which will ultimately deal with leaky gut since one makes the other worse and the cycle continues. Another thing that could help is yoga or hot and cold therapy (aka hot and cold showers) anything to get the blood flow into the intestines because that tends to facilitate healing. One last thing about the glutamine do you get any negative reactions that you can feel from it? I think you could be overdoing it or possibly getting a reaction from it. Glutamine is made from a few different sources but from what I've been able to tell you can get a reaction from one but not another so maybe take a break for a week or so and see how you feel then maybe switch brands? I hope you find this information helpful because its taken me a bit over a year and a lot of time and money to come up with something that is helping me finally. I apologize for this jumbled mess of a post but I wish you and anyone else looking for a fix of this problem well.
