P + B shakes are the worst to take if you have leaky gut...they IRRITATE the intestines...and forget the laxatives, they ALSO cause irritation..if you want to have a good Colon Cleanse get a COLONIC...Jhan, SHAME ON YOU, stop spewing wrong information and getting people sicker than they already are
