Hi JAB, I believe that grape juice has antioxidant properties. I think almost all pure fruit juices have antioxidant properties. Just my thoughts MW

Well I'm thinking the Humble protocol is meant to be mixed with a 1/4 glass or so of the proper recommended juices. This makes the solution less irritating to the stomach. If you mix it with water you probably should use a lot less as it will be much stronger.
