There is a forum called natural healing and it is run by Uniquity. She sells/makes the Dr. Shultz stuff for half the cost of retail. If you are not going at least twice a day start with Intestinal #1 and #2. Then when the bowels are moving well do a liver flush. I had a bad expereince with one and didn't do it again for a LONG time. Big mistake becuase everything I tried to do after that I always hit a brick wall. I know what its like to have the onfo but still feel confused but if you research uniquitys posts she has great flushing info!
