wow, that sounds pretty intense.what was the purpose of the dry fast? I have not read all of your posts so perhaps you already explained it so just point me to the right post.

As for the chills one thing you can do is to put some hot water in a bottle wrapp\ it in a shirt and then tuck that underneath your sweater. It will keep you nice and toasty. Or take a hot bath
