Hi everyone, i thought i would just give some insight on coffee enemas.

i started doing them about a month and a half ago. Before i used to get severe pains in my abdominal area and i had severe constipation. I started doing the enemas and i started to feel immensely better. The pain i used to feel has subsided..its not half as bad as it used to be. i feel healthier, i still have to find out what is wrong with me (doctors don't know..) but the coffee enemas have helped quite a bit with my symptoms.

thought i'd share that with you all.
