Hi,

My first 4 cup coffee enema went fine. Then I did a stronger, 8 cup enema. I had persistent diarrhoea the whole of the next day, persisting into the morning of the third day. Is this normal? I'm scared that I destroyed all my good flora. Did I overdo it? Could it be that enemas are bad for you if you have a leaky gut?

Also, I didn't use organic coffee. Could this have been part of the problem? I have no idea where to get any.
