I get the same reaction from fatty meals now. All I can say is if you know you're going to eat a fatty meal try to break it up into smaller meals (If Possible) Or avoid it altogether. I've found between dealing with my allergies and adrenal issues that fatty meals often drain a great deal of energy. Not saying to avoid fat altogether but just something to be aware of.
