I think you know the answer but are hoping to hear differently. NO. if you just did a successful 28 day fast, don't muck it up now. let that clean feeling last, despite the temptation (that's all it is- temptation) of yummy drinks and food. on the more practical side, if it has only been a short time since you began refeeding, you could flood your system with insulin and do some damage.
