I recently took my $5 off $15 coupon to Bed Bath and Beyond and bought a heavy duty, stainless steel garlic press, and that has been a godsend! Now instead of taking the time to mince my garlic, I just pop it thru my press and have been adding it to my salads. It's tastes great that way, but I'd also love to find out if it's more effective to eat the garlic on an empty stomach. I haven't tried it because I was afraid it would upset my stomach... any thoughts?
